I am not your ordinary real estate agent...  As a seasoned real estate
investor and preforeclosure specialist, I also work with homeowners who
are currently stuck in over financed properties with mortgages they can
no longer afford, regardless of the reasons they got there. Dealing with
the lenders behind those mortgages is my specialty... I negotiate hard
with bank mitigators to get the total mortgage debt discounted so that
homeowners can sell their properties and avoid foreclosure.  This
process is called a SHORT SALE.  Some real estate agents don't even
know what this is, most don't know the process well, nor do they have
